First Class passengers flying with Qantas will enjoy the luxurious spacious individual seat with plenty of room to move freely around in your seat. Everything is within reach of your reclinable seat that comes with an in-seat massage at a touch of a button. You have full control of your own seat whether you want to adjust the lighting, window shades or enjoying the inflight entertainment.
For extra comfort, turn your reclinable chair into a full-flat bed that stretches nearly over 212cm, will be fitted with luxurious Sheridan duvet, mattress and pillow options that cater towards your needs when sleeping. Ask our flight attendants to fix you your bed at any time you wish to lay down or sleep.
First Class passengers will experience the fine dining in air designed by Rockpool and Qantas offering you a tasting menu, an a la carte menu including signature dishes using the finest ingredients. Dishes are made to order onboard and crafted onboard by Neil Perry who is the creative director of food, beverages and service at Qantas. Menus are selected differently depending on your destination which includes different dishes and cuisines such as Western or Asian.
Passengers flying First Class can also enjoy light snacks and meals which are available whenever they want throughout the flight. Passengers will have a wide selection of prestige wines, premium champagnes, spirits, beers or tea and coffee.
Passengers flying Business Class will experience comfort and relaxation with the reclining seat that can be adjusted to your level of comfort. Passengers will experience the two-metre full-flat bed that can be reclined from your seat allowing you to sleep and relax whenever you wish to throughout your flight. Business Class seats offer extra storage space for you to place your hand carry-on or personal items.
Stay entertained with your personal screen monitor that features the latest premier movies and TV shows with more than 1600 hours of entertainment options to choose from.
Business Class passengers will be offered menus of modern dishes that are locally sourced with a wide selection of cuisines to choose from. This provides passengers with the options of choosing either lighter style dishes or their preferred preference. Passengers will also have various selections of fine wines, champagne, spirits and beers from Australia, New Zealand and France producers.
Passengers will have access to the inflight bar which includes light snacks and refreshments that can also be prepared by our cabin crew whenever you want throughout your flight. Passengers will have the opportunity to pre-select meals through the Menu Select option available online which must be booked before 24 hours of your flight schedule.
First Class passengers will receive a luxurious amenity kit designed by Martin Grant which includes personal sleepwear, socks, eye mask, dental kit, ear plugs, deodorant and products by Aurora Spa. Business Class passengers will be gifted an amenity kit crafted by Qantas Curates that include hand cream, lip balm, face moisturiser, eye mask, socks, dental kit and ear plugs. Passengers will also be given their own personal sleepwear.
First Class and Business Class passengers will have access to all Qantas Lounges world-wide which are equipped with up to date facilities and amenities. Qantas has a dress guideline that should be kept in mind by our passengers dressing smart casual and enclosed shoes.
Qantas First and Business Lounges will be offered the complementary Wi-Fi that can be used before departure. Have the opportunity to use the computers freely whenever you want, whether it is to check the news, surf the internet and check your emails or stay connected with friends and family.
Passengers travelling for work can experience the meeting rooms that are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm AEST. Meeting rooms are equipped with technology and meeting facilities where passengers have the option of catering whilst in the meeting rooms (hire rates are based on how many people there are).
Enjoy the private workstations that are situated away from the lounge areas with other passengers, giving you more privacy and quiet. Workstations come with Apple mac computers, internet access, phones and printing facilities.
First Class and Business Class passengers will enjoy the dining experience that includes premium buffet with various dishes and cuisines consisting of Western and Asian foods. Passengers have the option of selecting different drink beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Foods available are all different depending on the country.
