Terms & Conditions :
* Hill Pool Villa and Beach View Pool Villa rate are applicable for single and double occupancy per villa
per night in Thai Baht
* Hill Pool Villa Suite (2 Bedrooms) and Beach Front Pool Villa Suite (2 Bedrooms) are applicable for quad occupancy (4 persons) per villa per night in Thai Baht
* The above rates are subject to 18.7% service charge & government taxes
* Minimum 3 consecutive night stay is required and applicable to multiple 3 consecutive night stay (i.e. 6 nights, 9 nights, 12 nights, etc.)
* Minimum 5 consecutive night stay is required during Peak Season (21 December 2010 – 10 January 2011)
* Christmas Gala Dinner is Compulsory on 24 Dec 2010 at THB 4,375.-net per person.
* New Year’s Gala Dinner is Compulsory on 31 Dec 2010 at THB 6,650.-net per person.
