Cancellation and non arrival policy applies to all bookings made at Sea Change Villas

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be in writing and received by Sea Change Villas 35 days prior to scheduled arrival dated.

  • Cancellations recevied more than 35 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less 7% to cover credit card administration fees
  • Cancellations received between 21 & 35 days of travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations received 20 days or less from the scheduled arrival date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
  • No Shows or reductions to your stay while at Sea Change will incur the full amount of the reservation made.

We are a very popular Traveller choice and are often booked out in advance and so for this reason we are unable to deviate from our cancellation policy which is strictly enforced. We strongly recommend guests take out Travel Insurance to guard against unforeseen eventualities.

To secure your booking, 30% deposit of total amount of cost of booking is required at time of confirmation of booking.
