Wedding Ceremony Packages

Pacific Wedding Ceremony          From  NZ$1,350

Includes:

* Exclusive location at Pacific Resort Rarotonga – beachfront or tropical gardens
* Services of a professional weddings & events team – unlimited email communication prior to arrival, full consultation on arrival, ceremony & reception attendance.
* Application and filing of your marriage licence, including transport to the Registrar of Marriages
* Marriage Celebrant with full consultation prior to your wedding day to ensure a personalised wedding service
* Floral arrangement for the ceremony table
*  12.5% Value Added Tax

Island Princess Wedding Ceremony         From  NZ$1,950

Includes:

Pacific Wedding Ceremony Package plus:

* Traditional vaka lagoon ride with a warrior
* Romantic Ukulele Serenader
* Island Maiden Dancer

Koromiri Motu – add $300  (add onto either Ceremony Package)

* Location upgrade and set up on Koromiri Motu, our uninhabited island

Wedding Reception Packages
Romantic Dinner $250  (ideal for groups of 2 to 4 guests)

Includes set-up for 4 guests (max 4 guests).

Romantic dinner under the stars…Choose your private site either on our white sandy beach, romance hut or your room balcony.

This package includes: a guaranteed private reservation and use of one of our exclusive romantic settings for two, a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, white linen table cloth and chair covers with organza ties, flame torches, floral centre piece on the table.

An Intimate Affair under the stars $595 (ideal for groups of 5 to 15 guests)

Includes set-up for 10 guests, each additional guest is $20 per adult (max 15 guests).

An intimate dinner for your small group at Sandals Beachfront under the stars…

This package includes: guaranteed private reservation and use of a section of our Sandals Beachfront restaurant, your personal wait staff, white linen table cloth and chair covers with organza ties, flame torches, floral table arrangements.

Pacific Reception Package $990  (ideal for groups of 15 to 75 guests)

Includes set-up for 15 guests, each additional guest is $30 per adult (max 75 guests).

This package includes: white marquee set up on either Muri Beach or in our landscaped gardens, fairy and spot lights, white linen table cloths, chair covers, white linen napkins wrapped in banana leaves, floral table arrangements.

Pacific Deluxe Reception Package $1,650               (ideal for groups of 15 to 75 guests)

Includes set-up for 15 guests, each additional guest is $35 per adult (max 75 guests).

This package includes: Pacific Reception package plus traditional vaka used to present the buffet (garden weddings only), glass bowls with floating tea light candles and flowers, chair ties, kikau (coconut fronds) plaited on each pole, flame torches surrounding the marquee and personalised menus.

Honeymooner Bonus!

All bonafide honeymooners staying with Pacific Resort will receive a complimentary upgrade to the next room category (subject to availability), a bottle of sparkling wine, fresh flowers and fruit platter personally delivered to your room.

RESORT CREDITS or FREE NIGHTS for the Bride & Groom

Wedding Group Incentives – Pacific Resort Rarotonga provides bridal couples who get married with us some great incentives based on the number of guests that end up staying at the resort during your special occasion.

We are all about options, so to make it easy for you we offer two types of incentives based on what suits you best.  The choice is all yours…

Option 1 – Resort Credits NZ$20 resort credit for evey room night that is booked as part of your bridal party during your stay. Or

Option 2 – Free nights  One free night in a Garden Suite (for a future stay) for every 15 room nights that are booked as part of your bridal party during your stay.

Special conditions:

1. To qualify for this incentive both wedding ceremony and wedding reception must be held with Pacific Resort;
2. Guest room nights booked in Garden Studio or Two Bedroom Garden Unit are excluded from promotion and do not accrue incentive benefits;
3. Guest room nights booked at Te Manava Luxury Villas & Spa can be included as part of this promotion;
4. Resort Credits will be issued upon check out, please ensure you have provided your wedding coordinator with your guest list during your wedding consultation meeting;
5. Free nights voucher will be issued by the resort within 28 days of your check-out and this free nights voucher can be redeemed between 30 days and 18 months from the date of your wedding and will be valid for accommodation in our Garden Suite category;

6.Please ensure you have submitted the Incentive form (emailed to you) at the time of your wedding consultation meeting with your wedding coordinator, Incentive benefits cannot be claimed after you have checked out of the resort;
7. Other special terms & conditions may apply from time to time without prior notice.

Wedding Group Minimum Accommodation Policy

To ensure the enjoyment of all our guests at Pacific Resort Rarotonga we have a minimum room number for wedding groups that must be booked.
01 to 10 persons – No minimum room requirement
11 to 20 persons – Two room for a minimum of three nights
21 to 30 persons – Four rooms for a minimum of three nights
31 persons and over – Six rooms for a minimum of three nights
(note: the minimum room requirements listed above excludes the bride and grooms room).

NOTE: 25% SURCHARGE APPLIES TO ALL SUNDAY WEDDINGS.
