| Day 1 | Saturday San Sebastián, a fascinating city which captures our hearts with an unusual attraction. Welcome to the passengers, city tour and lunch in San Sebastián. Visit of the Guipuzcoan Coast, Zarautz and Guetaria. Dinner and night in San Sebastián. |
| Day 2 | Sunday While having breakfast the train will take us to Bilbao. Visit to the Guggenheim Modern Arts Museum and the old quarters. Lunch on board the train while getting to Santander, the calm city that joins qualities such as beauty, fascination, charm… and the Casino. It is worthwhile just looking at the building, standing right in El Sardinero quarters like a gift. Dinner and night in Santander. |
| Day 3 | Monday The train approaches Unquera. From here, by coach and through the gorge of La Hermida we will arrive in Potes and the sanctuary of Saint Toribio de Liébana. Lunch. In the afternoon we will visit San Vicente de la Barquera and return to Cabezón de la Sal. Dinner and night in Cabezón de la Sal. |
| Day 4 | Tuesday From Cabezón de la Sal, we will go to visit the Neo-cave & Museum of Altamira with its cave paintings, and Santillana del Mar, a beautiful middle-aged city. In the afternoon the train will take us to Asturias and to the beautiful fishing town of Llanes, then Ribadesella and Arriondas. Lunch in Santillana del Mar.Dinner in Cangas de Onís and night in Arriondas. |
| Day 5 | Wednesday We reach the heart of Asturias. From Arriondas, by coach, we will visit the National Park of Picos de Europa, ascend to the Lakes of Covadonga, the Sanctuary and, at last, Cangas de Onís. While having lunch on board we will arrive in Gijón, the second city of Asturias. Dinner and night in Gijón. |
| Day 6 | Thursday From Gijón to Oviedo, the Capital of the Principality, a worldwide famous city because of its selected sample of traditional gastronomy and hosting the most remarkable Pre-Romanesque momuments of Spain. In the afternoon, we will continue our trip to Luarca, the White Town of the Green Coast. Lunch in Oviedo. Dinner and night in Luarca. |
| Day 7 | Friday The first visiting point in Galicia, bordering with Asturias, is Ribadeo, where Eo’s river runs into the sea. The high rias of the northern coast of Galicia shows its shattering landscape as our train passes through. Then we will arrive in Viveiro, a wonderful walled city. Lunch in Ribadeo. Dinner and night in Viveiro. |
| Day 8 | Saturday On our last day, while having breakfast, we will arrive to Ferrol, where we will leave the train so as to approach to our last destination, Santiago de Compostela, goal for jacobean pilgrims, that awaits uslooking like a jewel; The Obradoiro’s square, Platerías, the Cathedral.End of the journey in Santiago. |
