Enjoy cruising the Nile on a Dahabiya, a traditional two mast sailing boat used since Pharaonic times to reach the farthest reaches of this land. Overnight at places where larger cruise vessels rarely appear. Enjoy the opportunity to see the local Nubian characters and bargain for traditional wares, and appreciate a way of life that seems untouched by the modern world. Itinerary

Day 1 CAIROOn arrival you will be met and escorted through immigration and customs formalities and transferred to the hotel. Overnight: Mena House Oberoi.
Day 2 PYRAMIDS, MEMPHIS & SAKKARAYour guide will take you on a full day program, starting with the Pyramids of Giza and the inscrutable Sphinx. After lunch at a traditional restaurant visit Memphis, Egypt’s capital city during the Old Kingdom. You also visit the royal burial ground at Sakkara and the Step Pyramid, the oldest pyramid in the world. Overnight: Mena House Oberoi.
Day 3 CAIRO TO LUXORTransfer to the airport for your flight to Luxor where on arrival you board the elegant and luxurious Rihana Dahabiya for a more traditional cruise on the River Nile visiting all the prominent sites between Luxor and Aswan. This afternoon explore the temples of Karnak and Luxor. Overnight: Rihanna Dahabiya.
Day 4 VALLEY OF THE KINGSThis morning visit the West Bank of the Nile – Necropolis of Thebes, Valley of Kings and Queens and the Colossi of Memnon. Sail to Esna. Overnight: Rihanna Dahabiya.
Day 5 TEMPLE OF HORUS AT EDFUThis morning cross the Esna Lock and sail to Edfu. After lunch visit the spectacular Temple of Horus. Sail to Ramady, and enjoy dinner on the island. Overnight: Rihanna Dahabiya.
Day 6 ASWANSail to Aswan. Overnight: Rihanna Dahabiya.
Day 7 ASWANVisit the High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk and Temple of Philae. After lunch the afternoon is free to relax or spend time at the Aswan Market. Overnight: Rihanna Dahabiya.
Day 8 KOM OMBOSail to Kom Ombo and visit the temple dedicated to the crocodile-god Sobek. Sail on to Al Mansouriya Village. Overnight: Rihanna Dahabiya.
Day 9 LUXORSail to Luxor. Overnight: Rihanna Dahabiya.
Day 10 EGYPTIAN MUSEUM & OLD CAIROTransfer to Luxor airport for flight to Cairo, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel for check in before continuing with the tour. Visit the Egyptian Museum, the Citadel of Saladin and the beautiful Mosque of Mohamed Ali, with its spectacular panoramic views of Cairo, followed by a short visit to the Khan El Khalili Bazaar for shopping. Overnight: Fairmont Towers Heliopolis.
Day 11 CAIROCheck out and transfer to the airport and end of arrangements
