Itinerary
Day 1. London
On arrival in London, check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening free.
Three Night Stay: Crowne Plaza London St James, in the heart of England’s capital
Day 2. London Sightseeing
Steeped in centuries of tradition, visiting London is a travel experience like no other. Today’s insightful tour of the city reveals to you a selection of attractions. Among them, you’ll walk past the gates of Buckingham Palace, official London residence of Queen Elizabeth II. You’ll also enjoy the chance to absorb amazing city views from 135 metres above the River Thames on the London Eye, before dinner tonight.

Day 3. London
Today enjoy a full day to explore London at leisure. Perhaps catch up with friends of family that are living in England; pay a visit to the eclectic market area of Camden; take a day trip out to the seaside resort city of Brighton; or just wander around the city.

Day 4. London – Eurostar Rail – Amsterdam, Embark Ship
This morning ride the Eurostar train under the English Channel into France and on to Brussels. From here, a coach will transfer you to Amsterdam, where you’ll board your river ship. Tonight, perhaps stroll into town to absorb the eclectic nightlife of the Dutch capital.

Day 5. Amsterdam, Freedom of Choice Touring
Today perhaps take a canal boat cruise or visit the famous Van Gogh Museum. Then rejoin your ship and cruise through the town of Utrecht during lunch, on the way to Cologne, in Germany. Tonight is the Captain’s Gala Welcome Dinner.

Day 6. Cologne – Koblenz
This morning in Cologne, enjoy a tour through the old part of Germany’s fourth largest city. Later, during lunch on board, the ship continues cruising along the Rhine to Koblenz. After dinner, perhaps take a walk through this charming city.

Day 7. Koblenz – Rüdesheim
Cruise through the Rhine Gorge on what is regarded as the most beautiful stretch of the Rhine, to Rüdesheim. On arrival here, tour Siegfried’s Mechanical Music Instrument Museum. This evening, your ship then enters the Main River.

Day 8. Wertheim, Miltenberg
Arrive in Wertheim and travel by coach to Miltenberg for a tour. Return to Wertheim and enjoy free time.

Take a tour of Würzburg today, before an included excursion to Rothenburg, a beautiful medieval walled town on the Romantic Road.

Day 11. Nuremberg – Continental Divide, Freedom of Choice Touring
On arrival in Nuremberg, choose to take a World War II tour or a guided medieval tour of the city, before enjoying some free time.

Day 12. Regensburg
Arrive in Regensburg, where a guided tour of the city includes the Old Town Hall and the Porta Pretoria – gates to an ancient Roman fort built in 179 AD.

Day 13. Passau – Linz, Freedom of Choice Touring
Today, choose from a day tour to Salzburg, a tour of Passau then a cruise to Linz or an excursion to Cesky Krumlov.

Day 14. Melk – Dürnstein – Weissenkirchen
Explore Melk’s Benedictine Abbey, one of the world’s most famous monastic sights. Then cruise to Dürnstein for a guided tour, before cruising back to Weissenkirchen where you’ll sample some delicious Wachau Valley wines.

On arrival in the capital of Slovakia, disembark and visit Bratislava Castle to take in the sweeping views across Slovakia, Austria and Hungary. Then take a medieval tour or visit landmarks of the city’s Communist past.
