Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
You must not accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions.

PRICING

All prices displayed on the Your Holidays website and Booking Engine, are subject to availability and conditions change without notice. This is because the airlines and other third party providers may change theprices at any time.

Special conditions may apply to the prices set out on the website. To determine such conditions, you must contact us or the relevant third party provider.

Prices on the site do not include taxes or airport charges unless it is specified. Taxes, airport charges and any additional costs will be advised to you upon booking.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT

We require a minimum booking deposit of $300 per person and will be deducted from your balance. The deposit is non-refundable if you should cancel. Additional deposits may be required by Travel Suppliers and Airlines. Final payment is required no later than 6 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise stated on your invoice. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash and cheque for all purchases. Cheque clearance of 10 working days is required. Credit card payments are accepted on most purchases however fees will apply (1.2% for Visa and Mastercard and 3.3% for Diners and Amex). If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against that provider, and not against “Your Holidays Pty Ltd”. In the event that the payment has been made to “Your Holidays Pty Ltd”, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to “Your Holidays Pty Ltd”. . Please note BPAY takes up to 3 business days to process. If you are paying by this method you will need to pay at least 3 business days prior to the actual due date. You must notify your consultant of your payment once it has been made. Where you pay by cheque, you agree not to stop payment of the cheque even when you cancel a booking. You agree that we may apply the proceeds of the cheque to satisfy any liability you have to us, including and liability in respect of cancellation fees, before refunding the balance.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or a charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

If you are eligible for a refund once a booking has been cancelled, the balance less any non-refundable amounts and cancellation fees will be forwarded to you upon receipt of the refund from the Travel Supplier or Airline. Some refunds take upwards of 12 weeks to process.

PASSPORT AND VISA

Passport and Visa requirements are the responsibility of all individual travellers. Passports are required for all travellers departing Australia and it has to be valid for atleast 6 months upon your return. Permanent residents travelling on a foreign passport must hold an Australian Re-entry Visa.

It is your responsibility to obtain correct Visa to visiting countries prior to your travel date. We take no responsibility for refusal entry.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel. Please contact our specialist and they we be more than happy to assist.

LIABILITY

We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including, consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other vent which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Please advise your consultant of any special requirements you may have, for example, special meals, medical requirements and so on.

FREQUENT FLYER

Please advise your consultant of your frequent flyer details. Your consultant will pass these details on to the relevant supplier but cannot guarantee that the supplier will credit points for your booking. Please retain all boarding passes to allow verification of your travel if required.

TRAVEL ADVICE

The Australian government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade regularly updates travel advice on various destinations – we recommend that you refer to www.smartraveller.gov.au for the latest updates before you book and before you travel.

HEALTH

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destination and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. We can suggest a service provider to assist with this.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your Holidays may, without prior notice, amend or modify this disclaimer by posting the amended disclaimer to the Your Holidays website.
