PENALTIES

Changes:

After Ticketing and before Early Bird sale period expired:

3. No refund of any fare difference if the change results in a lower fare.

After Ticketing and after Early Bird sale period expired, before/after departure:

1. First outbound international flight cannot be changed.

3. Rerouting is permitted at no charge provided no change to the first outbound international flight and the

change does not contravene any Early Bird fare conditions.

4. Any change to the first outbound international flight is considered as cancellation, cancellation fee AUD120

must be deducted, the remaining value can be used as credit towards payment for ticket reissuance to an

applicable new fare.

Cancellation/Refund:

1. Before departure/After ticketing -Refund charges: Adult – AUD650/Child – AUD650/Infant – NIL.

2. After departure – The refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey completed less Cancellation charges: Adult – AUD650/Child – AUD650/Infant – NIL.
