Dedicated Check-in

As a First customer you have the freedom to check in up to 60 minutes before your flight departure time at the dedicated First chick-in counter. You are then invited to relax in the First or Business lounge before your flight.

At the gate, a dedicated boarding lane for international flights allows you to avoid general queue, so you can board with ease at any stage of the boarding process.

Step into your own private space, where your flight attendants will make every effort to ensure your trip is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Your Seat

Enjoy peaceful rest onboard as you stretch out in our sleeper beds. Controls at the end of your armrest move your seat, leg rest and lumbar positioning from a relaxed reading position, to completely reclined on your 198cm (6ft 6in) bed.

Sit back and be entertained. Our state of the art entertainment system features;

-          Noise cancelling headsets

Amenities

The Qantas First Amenities Collection was created with the help of two leading Australian designers. For woman, Collette Dinnigan has designed a beautifully silk purse, while men receive a stylish case from Akira Isogawa. Both kits contain skincare products from Payot Paris, toiletries, eye masks and socks. You’ll also be presented with soft Akira Isogawa pyjamas.

Business Class

Dedicated Check-in

As a Business customer you may check in up to 90 minutes prior to your flight departure time at the dedicated Business check-in. You can then make your way to our exclusive Business or Qantas Club lounge to relax before your flight. At the gate, a dedicated boarding lane for international flights allows you to avoid the general queue, so you can board with ease at any stage of the boarding process.

Dining

Decide what and when you’d like to dine with a menu created in conjunction with leading Australian restaurateur, Neil Perry. Choose from room service style breakfast to multi course restaurant style dinner, a ‘dine later’ option or an ‘express meal’ all presented on beautiful tableware designed by Marc Newson and created by Noritake and Alessi. If you are after a snack, our crew can provide you with refreshments.

Marc Nelson has designed a new amenity kit for the Business traveller that features;

-          Collectible amenity kits – grey for men and green for women

-          A selection of luxury Korner skincare products

-          Comfort items, including eye masks, ear plugs, thicker socks, and an environmentally friendly biodegradable toothbrush with Colgate toothpaste. Schick razors and shaving form are available.

Peter Morrissey designed pyjamas are also included on selected flights.

Upon Arrival

Upon arrival, you will be among the first to leave the aircraft and your bags among the first to be ready for collection. If you need information on transfers during the flight, your flight attendant can assist you.
