Welcome to Etihad new Diamond First Class Suite, which you can enjoy as it’s rolled out across our fleet. They have redefined luxury air travel again, with individual suites, higher levels of comfort and more personal space than ever before.

Diamond First Class Suite is currently available on a growing number of our A340-600s and A330s.

Diamond First Class flights

Welcome to Diamond First Class. A luxurious fully flat bed, with a spacious 1-2-1 layout and you’ll enjoy Etihad’s famous Inspired Service.
Diamond First Class is currently available on our A340-500s, A330-200s and selected A340-600s. We are rolling out our Diamond First Class Suite across the fleet.

Pearl Business Class Flights

Welcome to Pearl Business Class. The most luxurious way to fly for business and pleasure. Discover a style and space like no other, in the World’s Best Business Class as voted by Skytrax 2009 and its 16 million users.

Pearl Business Class flat beds are currently available on our wide-bodied aircraft: A340-500, A340-600, A330-200 and B777-300ER.

Door-to-door service

Diamond First Class and Pearl Business Class guests receive door-to-door luxury limousine service, complete with a personal chauffeur

• With a fleet of luxury cars, we now offer the same level of service and comfort on the road that you are used to on our aircraft.
• Enjoy the comfort of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, BMW 7 series or similar and relax on the journey with mineral water and your favourite newspaper.
• We only use the highest quality chauffeur services and unbranded vehicles for a safe, discreet service.

Terms and conditions:
• Etihad Chauffeur is only available to guests holding tickets with confirmed reservations in Diamond First and Pearl Business Class. The service is not available to guests who are waitlisted or those collecting tickets on departure.
• Etihad Chauffeur is available to Etihad Gold Guests enrolled with the Etihad Guest Program travelling on confirmed tickets in Diamond First and Pearl Business classes.
• Etihad Chauffeur is available to members of Etihad Guest redeeming their miles on Diamond First and Pearl Business zones.
• Guests with other airline tickets (OAL) can avail themselves of the Etihad Chauffeur service only if their tickets are endorsed to Etihad.
• Code share flights:
a. Brussels Airlines and Qantas marketed guests travelling on Etihad operated flights are eligible.
b. All other codeshare flights with another airline’s flight number (i.e. not EY) are not eligible for the Etihad chauffer service.
c. Other airline operated flights marketed by Etihad are not eligible.
• Etihad Chauffeur is not available to unaccompanied minors unless accompanied by a parent or guardian in the car.
• Etihad Chauffeur service must be booked at least 48 hours in advance of travel. Service will not be confirmed for bookings made within 48 hours.
• Etihad Chauffeur operates within specific distances of all destinations where offered.  If the service requested exceeds the specified mileage limits in any given city, guests are required to pay for the excess mileage at the locally applicable rates. All charges for excess mileage should be settled by guests directly with the chauffeur.
• If a guest fails to cancel an Etihad Chauffeur booking and the limo arrives at the appointed time and place only to be sent away, the service cannot be rebooked in conjunction with the same ticket.
• Etihad Chauffeur services are provided by third party service providers. Etihad has no liability for loss, personal injury or death incurred during the use of such facilities and services unless such loss, personal injury or death is / are caused solely by Etihad negligence.
• The Etihad Chauffeur service may be restricted on some special fare tickets. Please check with your travel agent or with the Etihad Airways office at the time of your booking.
• Etihad Chauffeur is not available for use with complimentary tickets or complimentary upgrades from Coral Economy to Pearl Business and/or Diamond First Class.
• Guests must adhere to the pick-up times given to them. The pick-up time is neither flexible nor negotiable. Drivers will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes, after which the driver will advise the guest and promptly be released for the next assignment.
